BLACK DIAMOND ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF CHRISTOPHER L. HALEY
AS ITS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND GENERAL COUNSEL
JACKSONVILLE, FL (August 2007) – Black Diamond Performance Reporting™ has announced the addition of Christopher L. Haley as its new Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Chris will oversee all financial and legal aspects of Black Diamond. In addition, Chris will assist with strategic planning for the company. Ken Purcell, who previously served as Chief Financial Officer, remains an integral member of the Black Diamond team and will remain as its Chairman.

Prior to joining Black Diamond, Chris practiced law with Bass, Berry & Sims PLC in Nashville, Tennessee as a member in the firm’s Corporate and Securities and Tax Practice Areas. Chris received a Bachelor of Accountancy, magna cum laude, and a Master of Taxation from the University of Mississippi. Chris graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee School of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as managing editor of the Tennessee Law Review. He received his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law where he received the Harry J. Rudick Award for distinction in the Graduate Tax Program.
Chris is the newest addition to the Executive Team at Black Diamond. The Executive Team is also comprised of: Reed Colley, Chief Executive Officer; Bob Conchiglia, Chief Operating Officer; and Tracy Thompson, Executive Vice President of Sales.
