Qualifications

Implementation Specialist

Position

Responsibilities

  • Operating our proprietary internet-based performance reporting application
  • Efficiently manage approximately 15-20 client implementations
  • Communicating with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner
  • Ability to decipher, process and follow through client requests
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal Black Diamond departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution
  • Finance/Accounting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills


Business Analyst

Position

Responsibilities

  • Operating our proprietary internet-based performance reporting application
  • Completing a variety of daily operational tasks
  • Research analysis and other activities to ensure a high level of service for our clients
  • Effectively interacting and communicating between multiple departments within the company

Qualifications

  • Finance/Accounting interest preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel

Operations Analyst

Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communications and analytical skills. He/she should possess the enthusiasm and entrepreneurial skills needed to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze incoming information to provide accurate and consistent data to clients
  • Perform daily reconciliation of client financial data
  • Operate proprietary internet-based performance reporting application
  • Conduct quarterly audits of account holder performance reports
  • Communicate and coordinate with other internal groups to provide industry leading service to clients
  • Assist with system and product development enhancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution in a business related field required
  • Finance/Accounting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Problem solving and analytical mindset


Client Relationship Professional

Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communications and analytical skills. He/she should possess the enthusiasm and entrepreneurial skills needed to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients in a proactive, consultative & professional manner
  • Ability to understand, process and follow-through on client requests
  • Use our proprietary internet-based performance reporting application to assist clients
  • Act as the liaison between client and internal Black Diamond departments
  • Efficiently act as the exclusive professional for a portfolio of clients

Education and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution
  • 3-5 years experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Strong communications and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel


Programmer/Developer

Position

We are currently seeking skilled .NET programmers/developers with excellent communication and analytical skills. They should possess the enthusiasm and entrepreneurial skills needed to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

  • Daily interaction with proprietary Internet-based performance reporting system
  • Developing new product enhancements
  • Maintaining and manipulating existing database data
  • Communicating and brainstorming with other team members for solutions to client requests

Qualifications

  • BS/BA from accredited college or university
  • Strong communications skills
  • Superior knowledge of and experience with Microsoft C# programming language
  • Superior knowledge of and experience with Microsoft ASP.NET syntax, language and architecture
  • Superior knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SQL 2000 and T-SQL
  • Knowledge of Data Dynamics ActiveReports for .NET preferred
  • Knowledge of third party chart controls preferred
  • Experience in wealth management or financial services preferred
